How can I obtain a pistol permit?
Pistol Permits are issued by the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office. You must file a Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office Pistol Permit Application. and return it in person to the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office. There is a location in Foley, AL at the Satellite Courthouse, 201 E. Section St. The cost of a pistol permit is $30 per year. Permits must be renewed annually.
